At SuperChill Distro, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in delivering high-quality CBD products, but due to the nature of our items, we have specific refund and return guidelines outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because we sell ingestible and personal care products, all sales are final and non-refundable once they leave our facility. We cannot accept returns for used or opened items due to health and safety concerns.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to replace the item or offer a store credit if applicable.

To qualify:

  • Send an email to info@superchillproducts.com
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.

3. Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Double-check your shipping address and check with neighbors.
  • Wait 24–48 hours in case of a delayed scan.
  • Then contact us for support.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry by the customer but will try to help resolve any issues.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order is processed and a tracking number is issued, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Verified product defect or manufacturer error
  • Shipping error on our part

These cases are reviewed individually and may result in a partial or full refund, store credit, or replacement.
